AIM Project

The 'Active Inclusion into Mainstreaming' project or 'AIM' as it is better known, is a European Social Fund project.  Its purpose is to develop innovative approaches to supporting offenders into employment and enterprise. AIM has set up the following pilot projects across the West Midlands region:

  • peer support with service veterans
  • peer mentoring with women offenders
  • holistic support to offenders and their families
  • enterprise coaching and employment support for social housing tenants.
