The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) gives members of the public a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities, sets out exemptions from that right and places a number of obligations on public authorities.

Any person who makes a request to a public authority for information must do so in writing and will then be informed whether the public authority holds that information and, subject to exemptions, be supplied with that information.

Warwickshire and West Mercia Community Rehabilitation Company is a Private Ltd Company and is therefore not subject to the Freedom of Information Act (2000).

To make a Freedom of Information request in relation to the activity of the Ministry of Justice or Transforming Rehabilitation, please contact the Ministry of Justice directly. Details of how to do so are available on the Ministry of Justice website.
